The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and pier. Our room felt dated and the shower pressure was weak. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff was friendly. The pool area is nice but gets crowded.

The family suite was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was convenient. It was clean, but showed some signs of age. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Noise levels were manageable, though some traffic sounds were noticeable. The view mostly overlooked the parking lot, but we did catch glimpses of the beach and pier. The hotel is an amazing find with just a few steps to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and surf within minutes, plus there's a great selection of restaurants like Nosh and Flavors of India just a short walk away-everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. I loved waking up to fresh ocean air, and as a bonus, we even caught a SpaceX rocket launch right from our room! The facilities include two nice pools for cooling off after a day of exploring, but the rooms could use a little updating.

What a prime spot! Right on the beach, excellent for SpaceX launches' viewing. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our party. The breakfast was a delightful buffet-style treat, served promptly by the friendly staff.

Finding the registration and room was tricky, lacking clear signage. Some areas felt outdated and maintenance was needed - from rattling A/C to a struggling front door.

Let's start with the good stuff - the location was awesome! I could see the beach, the pier, and even the river from my room. Plus, the hotel was close to lots of attractions, which was super convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was pretty spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfy. But, there were some downsides too. The room had a bit of a funky smell, and there was sand in the sink and hairdryer - not the most pleasant discovery. The breakfast setup was a bit disappointing, with lots of plastic plates and cutlery. As someone from Europe, it was a bit of a shock to see so much waste. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Stains on the pull-out couch, towels, and rust in the bathroom made me question when things were last updated. I also had to ask multiple times for extra towels, and there wasn't enough hanging space for wet clothes, especially with four people going to the pool and beach daily. while the staff were friendly, the accommodations fell short of expectations. I definitely think there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, breakfast options, and overall maintenance of the rooms. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless they make some significant upgrades.

Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach, perfect for a romantic escape. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a lovely restaurant nearby. We were able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. The pool area was great with a cozy bar, and we loved that parking was included. The popcorn in the lobby was a fun treat, especially for the kids, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom in our room could use a renovation, but overall, everything was fine.

stayed at best western on the great location in cocoa beach. staff was wonderful and promptly resolved my issues with the mattress and shower curtain. enjoyed a fantastic view of the air force thunder birds air show from the balcony. the groundskeeper was especially helpful and the breakfast, though simple, was satisfying. the property is right on the beach with nearby restaurants and a publix. the bigger pool area with bar was great, and I appreciated the showers for rinsing off from the beach.

During our stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Despite the outside entrances, we found the rooms to be clean and free from any musty smells. The king bed suite we booked was spacious and had a separate lounge and kitchen area, equipped with a microwave and kitchen amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to local eateries and ale houses. Although not directly on the beach, we still enjoyed views of both the beach and pier. our experience exceeded our expectations.

That we found the hotel a bit overpriced compared to other hotels we had stayed at during our Florida trip. Additionally, the additional charge of $6 per night for parking seemed unnecessary and should have been included in the room cost.

We were disappointed to find a dirty room with no toiletries, towels, or extra sheets. The pool area was also not clean. But the warm pool, beautiful beach view, and convenient location made up for it. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
